Application of S.1 Place After SSPA Results (Admission in September 2026)

  • Application Date: July 7, 2026 (Tue)
  • Application Form Collection Hours:

9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Note: Application forms will not be published online. Please visit the school in person on July 7 to obtain a copy.

Required Documents:

(1) For applicants who submitted a Discretionary Places (DP) application in January:

  • Student's HKID Card.
  • The school's acknowledgement receipt to parents OR the parent's copy (red stub).
  • Any supplementary documents/information obtained after January.

(2) For applicants who did not submit a Discretionary Places (DP) application in January:

  • Student’s HKID Card.
  • Photocopy of Primary 6 (P6) report card(s).
  • Photocopies of extracurricular activity certificates (a maximum of 10 items) and service certificates (a maximum of 4 items).

  • 領取及遞交申請表時間：

 上午 9:00 – 中午 12:30

下午 2:00 – 下午 4:30

備註：申請表格不會於網上發布，請申請人或家長/監護人親臨本校校務處領取。

所需文件：

（1）如已於本年1月遞交「自行分配學位」申請：

  • 學生身份證正本
  • 本校發出的家長覆函 或 紅色存根
  • 1月份後方取得的補充資料（如適用）

（2）如未曾於本年1月遞交「自行分配學位」申請：

  • 學生身份證正本
  • 小學六年級成績表副本
  • 課外活動證書副本（不超過 10 項）及 服務證書副本（不超過 4 項）
