Third Staff Development Day

The Third Staff Development Day, held on 2 June 2026, was a resounding success. With the theme “Embracing Innovation: Insights from the Greater Bay Area”, the itinerary featured an enriching study visit to Shenzhen.
The visit to the Tencent Binhai Mansion provided teachers with profound insights into technological innovation and the integration of artificial intelligence into teaching. Subsequently, the visit to Mingwan School offered an excellent opportunity to observe its experiential educational approaches and emphasis on whole-person development. The engagement enabled us to exchange ideas on modern pedagogical practices with regional counterparts.
Overall, it was a highly fruitful and insightful experience. The day not only broadened our professional horizons but also fostered colleagiality and team cohesion.
