First Staff Development Day
2026-10-05
The First Staff Development Day, held on 5 October 2026, was a great success.
The morning session featured two insightful talks by the staff of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals on students with ASD, titled GPS to Social Development for Secondary Students, and healthy campus life, titled Project Say No to Internet Addiction, respectively. The first presentation deepened teachers’ understanding of the characteristics of students with ASD and shared strategies for supporting their needs. The second helped teachers learn more about preventing and treating internet addiction.
In the afternoon, teachers visited Google Hong Kong, where they took part in a workshop on Gemini Enterprise and Gemini Notebook. The workshop provided valuable insights on how to make more effective use of these tools.
The day concluded with a fascinating tour of Google Hong Kong’s workplaces, facilities and canteen. The visit left teachers with lasting impressions of the company.
