Prize presentation held by the English Department

A total of 16 QC boys took part in the 74th English Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival this year and
15 of them were awarded Certificate of Merit. 3 of them were even crowned Champion, and they
were Tse Chung Him (2C), Tam Pak Long Patrick (3A) and Cheng Wai Ho Kyle (5D).
Apart from these outstanding achievements in the Speech Festival, the English Drama Team also
had a wonderful start this year. They took part in the 5th Inter-Government Secondary Schools
Drama Fest and one of the actors, Lam Fung, Marcus (3B) won Award for Outstanding Performer.
To top it all, Cheng Wai Ho, Kyle (5D) won the champion of the HKFYG Speaking Contest 2023,
beating out over 700 students from all over Hong Kong. Congratulations to all the prize winners!
