International Biology Olympiad – Hong Kong Contest 2021 (IBO-HKC) is co-organised by the Education Bureau and the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE), both of which have organised the competition since 2018. It aims at promoting biology education in Hong Kong and providing challenging enrichment learning opportunities for students with great potential in biology. The IBO was conducted online on 17th October, 2021 successfully, and the results were finalized on 13th December, 2021. Among 1100 contestants this year, Lok Yin-chun of 6D is awarded the Silver Award and Wong Wai-chiu Wesley of 5C is awarded the Bronze Award. Subsequently, our school is awarded the Honourable Mention for Schools. The certificates were presented to our students during the morning assembly on 11th January, 2022.
