Points to Note for S1 Registration (2022-2023)

9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

 

In view of the epidemic situation of Coronavirus Disease 2019, each student can be accompanied by only ONE parent / guardian for the registration.

Please prepare the following items:

  1. S1 Admission Slip
  2. Original and copy of Hong Kong Birth Certificate, Hong Kong Identity Card or other documentary evidence showing the resident status in Hong Kong and date of birth of the student
  3. Original and copy of P6 Report Cards (all terms included)
  4. 2 recent passport-sized photographs (Please write student’s Chinese and English names and group number on the back of the photos.  Group numbers of students will be notified by teachers on the Registration Days.)

Please prepare the following payments (in cash):

  1. Student eClass iportfolio fee ($60 for 6 years) (please bring exact amount)
  2. Fees for Homework Record and Exercise Books ($60.5) (please bring exact amount)
  3. Membership Fee for QC Parents-Teachers’ Association ($100 for each parent)
  4. Purchasing school tie ([email protected]), summer school badge ([email protected]) and winter school badge ([email protected])
  5. Purchasing school magazine, The Yellow Dragon ($120 each)

Items (1)、(2) above are mandatory, items (3) to (5) above are optional.

鑑於2019冠狀病毒疫情關係，每名中一新生只能由一位家長或監護人陪同進行註冊，敬希諒解。

請帶備下列文件﹕

  1. 入學註冊證
  2. 學生出生證明書、香港身份證或載有本港居民身份和出生日期的證明文件正副本
  3. 學生小六成績表正副本(所有學期)
  4. 最近的護照相片兩張  (請在照片背面填上學生中、英文姓名及分組編號。老師將於註冊當天通知新生其分組編號。)

 

請預備現金繳交下列費用﹕

(一) 學生學習概覽(六年)費用$60。請準備足夠紙幣。

(二) 繳付功課記錄冊及練習簿的費用($60.5)。請準備足夠輔幣。

(三) 家長教師會入會費用，每位家長 $100。

(四) 購買領帶([email protected])、夏季校章([email protected])及冬季校章([email protected])。

(五) 購買本校校刊《黃龍報》(每本 $120)。

(一) 、(二)項必須繳交，(三)至(五)項可自行決定。
